Please note: SHOP s e t t in g SAIL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a shipment has left our facilities with a tracking confirmation number, ownership of the item(s) is transferred to the buyer. However, we will help you out to the best of our abilities. If a package is delayed please contact us.
Any packages ship via Canada Post unless otherwise stated.
Occasionally, larger or heavier home items will be shipped via FedEx, Purolator or UPS Ground Shipping to allow for more manageable shipping costs, please contact us prior to shipping if you require expedited for your House + Home item to ensure that it’s shipped via Priority (which may incur an extra fee).
1 or 2 day shipping and insurance are available upon request. Contact us and we’ll be happy to give you price estimates and updated invoices.

We will not mark an item as a “gift” nor will we reduce the value of the package on customs forms. This is illegal, and as such, can result in heavy penalizations. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country, and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
- Local pickup
We are happy to offer local pickup for customers in the Toronto, Ontario area. Arrangements must be made the day of purchase and pickup for the item(s) must be made within five business days of purchase. We also are involved in local bazaars and events for opportunities for our customers to shop in person for extra savings, as well.
R E F U N D S + E X C H A N G E S
All sales are as is and are final, so please carefully inspect all photos and descriptions before purchasing. Any questions or clarifications needed about an item should be made by contacting us prior to purchasing. Once an item has been purchased, it is considered final sale.
We do not offer refunds on items as we take time to be as detailed as possible both in describing the item and in item pictures. Please keep in mind that not all pieces are new items, so some amount of wear-and-tear is to be expected. Also note that while we work tirelessly to make the images as accurate as possible, colors can vary slightly from monitor to monitor.

We collect information when you place an order, join our newsletter, participate in any contest, promotion or survey, or join our social networking sites. When you place an order on our website, we use this information to process and track your order and contact you via email or phone if we have any questions or concerns regarding your order. If you provide an email address during checkout, you will also receive order confirmation and shipping status emails.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Our online store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through WooCommerce’s application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
